Small ring: inside diameter is 1 3/8". 

Large ring: outside diameter measures 2 1/8" and inside diameter 1 3/4"

There are many uses for these, but most of our customers use them on shooting pouches.

These are made as one piece and do not have a split in the bar, which makes them strong.
