Write the item number and name of the fabric you want in the order comments.  Swatches will ship to your BILLING address, so be sure to enter the address where you want the swatches to be shipped as your billing address.  About 3" X 5"

FOR SMALL SWATCHES, CHOOSE "CHECK OR MONEY ORDER" AS YOUR PAYMENT METHOD.  NO PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED.
