Revolutionary War British or colonial, 36 round cartridge box carried over the shoulder. The box holds 18 rounds on top and 18 on the bottom, and is drilled for .75 caliber rounds.  It is commonly referred to as the 1777 pattern "Rawle's Pouch" because of a patent on its design by William Rawle to the British Army.  Made in the USA.
