It is comprised of a hinged tin box with rolled edges. Inside the box is a rotating candle holder along with an inner glass door. It takes up very little space on your writing desk when unfolded and in use. When folded shut it measures 6" (high) x 4" (wide) x 1" (deep), and you can store a few extra candles inside for easy transport.
